What is

HypnoBirthing?

While is it is a childbirth class, it is also a philosophy, with the premise that without fear or tension, the body can open and relax, allowing birth to happen in a calm and gentle manner.  This class will teach you how to relax your body and mind through various techniques such as breathing exercises, affirmations, and visualizations.  These techniques will help you tap into your innate knowledge, allowing you to work with your body, resulting in an easier, more comfortable, and what some women have described as pain-free experience.

Still a skeptic?  Let the facts speak for themselves when compared to the national average:

  • 52% Decrease in use of epidural analgesia

  • 40% Reduction in use of pitocin

  • 25%  Decrease in length of labor

  • 18%  Decrease in C-section rate
